Write for ThinkQuarry. Share a practical technology story that helps a reader do something better.
We accept guest-post pitches from writers, practitioners and relevant businesses. Editorial contributions and sponsored submissions are reviewed for audience fit, usefulness and accuracy.
Guest posts and sponsored publishing
Tell us whether your pitch is an independent contribution or a commercial placement. For sponsored articles, share the advertiser, proposed links and budget so we can discuss the scope and quote. Read our sponsored content policy. If you need help placing an article elsewhere, explore our Guest Posting Services.
Topics that fit
AI workflows, productivity software, digital organisation, practical technology explainers, and thoughtful website or content guides.
Start with a pitch
- Send a proposed headline and a short outline.
- Explain who the article helps and what they will learn.
- Add a relevant writing sample and disclose commercial relationships.
What a strong submission includes
- Original writing with a clear purpose and useful examples.
- Descriptive headings, readable paragraphs and practical steps.
- Primary sources for technical claims, statistics or product specifications.
- Permission or a suitable licence for every image.
- A clear distinction between hands-on testing and desk research.
Links and commercial content
Links must help readers understand or verify a point. We do not guarantee publication, search rankings or a particular link attribute. Commercial relationships must be disclosed; paid links are marked appropriately.

Email editor@thinkquarry.com with “Article pitch” in the subject. Publication depends on editorial acceptance.
Practical example & checks
A complete pitch example
Proposed title: “Import a CSV without losing customer IDs”. Reader: a small team moving records to Excel. Outcome: preserve leading zeros and verify three sample records. Evidence: current official import documentation and an original harmless test file. Relationship: disclose the author’s employer, client or paid placement.
Send the outline before a full draft. A useful submission needs a clear task and evidence, not just a requested backlink. Sponsored/exchange arrangements still require factual review and appropriate disclosure.
